All VoxCraft subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 months. This means your subscription will continue and renew monthly for at least 3 consecutive billing cycles. You may not cancel your subscription during this 3-month period.
After completing the 3-month minimum commitment, you may submit a cancellation request subject to the terms below.
To cancel your subscription, you must submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests submitted within 7 days of a billing date will take effect the following billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for any reason. This includes but is not limited to:
By subscribing to VoxCraft, you acknowledge and accept that all charges are non-refundable.
Once your cancellation request is processed, you will retain access to all VoxCraft classes and features until the end of your current paid billing period. No access will be revoked mid-cycle.
After your access period ends, your subscription will not renew and your account will be downgraded to a free tier with no upcoming charges.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. Billing occurs on the same date each month (or the nearest available date for months with fewer days). It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and submit cancellation requests in a timely manner.
If your payment fails, VoxCraft will attempt to retry billing. Access may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the billing date.
VoxCraft reserves the right to update this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
